Conservation Treatment
The Art Conservatory is a climate controlled studio outfitted with museum lab equipment, the highest quality of conservation grade materials, and a wood shop to provide an exceptional precedent of care for your treasures. A complete range of treatments are available, reflecting the most current advancements in conservation research and technical development in the field, in balance with historical tested and true methods refined by generations of study and practice.

Full structural and aesthetic treatments to conserve and restore historical, naturally aged paintings.
Repairs of damages on all paintings, old or new.
Mitigation of damage caused by unskilled or amateur restoration attempts.

Disaster mitigation and remediation services for paintings affected by fires, floods, or physical forces.
Condition Assessments & Reports
Artwork examinations and condition reporting services provided for pre- and post-auction or sale, before and after loans, large-scale collection surveys, and for insurance claim purposes after a fire, flood, or other disaster-related event.
Preventive Care Consultation
Consultation services provided for the caretakers of collections who require advice on preventive care protocols that include (but are not limited to) target ambient conditions for storage or display, lighting, and packaging for transit.
